Mazatlan Restaurants have been around for more than 30 years. Salvador Galvan and a few family members decided to bring their family recipes, passion for food, and a desire to share, to new neighbors in Oregon from the small village of Cuautla, Jalisco, Mexico. First with a Tigard, Oregon location in 1985, and then with the first Central Oregon location in Bend which opened in 1992. The restaurants now total 15, including 4 additional Central Oregon locations serving Redmond, Prineville, & Madras.

Even though the family has grown over the years, the founders still oversee day-to-day operations. Just like in 1985, Mazatlan will always be committed to the freshest and finest quality ingredients, traditional menu items that you know and love, served in a consistent manner you have come to expect from us.
